JBC Construction started in 2008 as a domestic limited liability company formed with the Michigan Secretary of State and in 2020 evolved and transitioned into JBC Corporation. Originally our family owned business specialized in turnkey residential remodeling and home improvement specialities company. Over the years JBC added on real estate investments and the acquisition of commercial and residential rental properties.
Now JBC Corporation has evolved into mergers, acquisitions and obtaining both performing and non-performing assets. These assets include, however are not limited to Hard Assets, Soft Assets, Virtual Assets and Paper Assets. This expansion will be aggressive through 2022 and beyond.
We have grown our CBDT (core business development team) and have both internal and external professionals who bring an enormous portfolio of capabilities and advanced knowledge. JBC Corporation is now building a sophisticated website that can be seen at
